Thank you for the update!

I hope the people you are forwarding this to are developers and other concerned people and not lawyers. :)

Even if there aren't any follow up items, you'll still give us a reply anyway right? We're kind of on pins and needles here.

On a more positive side, would there be anyway Marc (Zini) be interviewed as a fan on the Bethesda blog? I think he deserves it because of the amount of blood, sweat and tears he has poured into Morrowind and it's modding community.
