As described in the third post here: https://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=3936 For me I can not use the double quotes. I can confirm this with both Linux Mint 17 and 18 versions. If I do not use quotes everything works fine. Shouldn't this be checked and updated?
