The dialogue top level records do not properly match what we currently got.

From the source:

Note that OpenCS flattens most record structures, which makes info records top level records too.

The singular/plural sets represent a single record and the entire table of records of this type respectively. I don't think we currently use this distinction in the icons, but we could at some point (low priority).

So there was confusion about how these records would end up being sorted? If the sorting above is how they'll be sorted, we'll need new Info icons for both & we have no use for greeting or voice icons. Am I correct to understand that "Info" means the actual dialog entries, and not-info means the hyperlinked topics? Sload (talk)

Well, the original design (including the icons) is rather old by now and there have been a few changes since then. I guess we are dealing with quite a bit of outdated stuff both in the repository and the various discussion threads. As for the problematic icons you mentioned:

• Add: That is in use in the dialogue subviews, I think (create new record?)
• Filter: Filter records. Currently only in project files, but they will also become regular records in 1.1.
• Imfo: Not in use currently, as far as I am aware.
• Magic Rabit: Not in use currently, as far as I am aware.
• Map: Doesn't seem to be in use currently. Region map maybe?
• Random: Not in use currently, as far as I am aware.
