Why is Refernece Tables a separate section? For all intents and purposes reference tables are record tables too, which are (according to your draft) covered by section 3.2. Record Tables and Filtering.

Sorry, this is a terminology issue. That section is for any quick-look-up tables the manual should include (shortkeys are an obvious example but there are probably more pertinent ones), for the user's reference. Sload (talk)
